David Duchovny Battling Sex Addiction!

David Duchovny has confirmed he is receiving treatment for sex addiction.


In a case of life imitating art, the Californication star - wHO has been married to actress Tea Leoni for 11 age � appears to be having difficulty controlling his sexual urges.


"I have voluntarily entered a facility for the treatment of gender addiction," the actor tells People.


�I ask for respect and privateness for my wife and children as we trade with this situation as a family."


Ironically, the 48-year-old plays a sex-mad author in his raunchy hit U.S. cable television show Californication.


Duchovny and Leoni have two children - Madelaine West, nine, and Kyd, six.

New Depression Report Shows Importance Of Diagnosis And Support, Says Help The Aged, UK

�Responding to the publication of the report 'Undiagnosed, untreated, at risk', into older people and depressive disorder, published by Age Concern England, Elizabeth McLennan, Senior Policy Officer at Help the Aged comments:-


"This story is a welcome means of raising awareness of older people and mental health - an issue which is all also often mis-diagnosed and left field untreated.

Matthews Band sax player injured in ATV wreck

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. —

Dave Matthews Band sax player LeRoi Moore is recovering from an ATV accident on his Virginia farm.


According to the band's Web site, Moore was taken to the University of Virginia Health System for treatment after the Monday wreck in Charlottesville. He was upgraded from serious to fair condition Tuesday.


The band's tour was to continue Tuesday in Charlotte, N.C., with saxophonist Jeff Coffin of Bela Fleck and the Flecktones sitting in for Moore.
